Terms and conditions

Rates listed below exclude GST.

MMS/PXTs: 49c per MMS/PXT to any mobile network in NZ and any email address.

International calls: $0.75/min for calls to mobile and landlines in Ireland, UK, USA and Canada. $1.50/min for mobile and landlines to other countries.

Satellite calls: $16/min Inmarsat A, $12/min Inmarsat B, $4.50/min Global Star.

International Roaming: You can roam with your NZ plan data, minutes and TXT with our Daily Roaming destinations for just $8 +GST /day. For other destinations, you will be charged per minute or per TXT at rates specific to that location. Contact support for more information.

Voicemail: Calls to voicemail are free.

Video calls (excluding video calling apps and other data-based video calling features): Video calling is not supported to NZ and international mobile service providers.

Important things to know

Maximum speed reduces to 1.2Mbps after full speed data allowance is exceeded.
The amount of your full-speed data allowance caries depends on your selected plan.
Endless calls & TXTs are for standard person-to-person calls and TXTs to standard NZ and AU numbers. Excludes special and premium numbers (i.e. short codes. Mobile use only.
Any non-standard calls will be charged per minute, rounded up to the closest full minute.
