Terms and Conditions – Win 1 Year of Free Broadband

This competition is run by Ping Broadband (“we”, “our”, “us”).

1. Eligibility

   1. To enter this competition, you must:

   2. Be a resident of New Zealand;

   3. Be aged 18 years or older at the time of entry;

   4. Live in an area where we can provide broadband connectivity through our own network or via one of our partners (Fibre or Fixed Wireless Access);

   5. Not be an employee or immediate family member of an employee of Ping Broadband or its related companies.

2. Competition Period

   1. The competition starts at 12:00am on 1 September 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 31 January 2026 (“Competition Period”).

   2. The prize draw will be conducted on or around 1 February 2026.

3. How to Enter

   1. You may enter by completing the official entry form on our website https://www.pingbroadband.co.nz/signup/win-12-months-free-broadband.

   2. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

   3. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

   4. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or not received for any reason.

4. Prize

   1. One (1) winner will receive 12 months of free broadband service (Fibre or Fixed Wireless Access), supplied by Ping Broadband.

   2. The prize is valued up to $1,200, including GST (based on our standard retail plan rates).

   3. To claim the prize, the winner must transfer their broadband service to Ping Broadband within three (3) months of accepting the prize.

   4. The prize cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or transferred to another person.

   5. The winner will be solely responsible for any applicable taxes or other costs not expressly included in the prize.

5. Winner Notification and Acceptance

   1. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries.

   2. The winner will be notified by email within 5 business days of the draw.

   3. The winner must respond within 10 days of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize.

   4. If the winner is uncontactable, unwilling, or unable to accept the prize, we may select another entrant.

   5. If the winner does not switch their broadband service to Ping Broadband within the required timeframe, we may withdraw the prize and select another entrant.

6. General Terms

   1. Our decision on all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

   2. We are not responsible for any technical, network, or communication failures that affect entry or prize claim.

   3. We may cancel, suspend, or amend the competition at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.

   4. By entering, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

7. Publicity

   1. By accepting the prize, you agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities (such as publicity photographs or interviews) without additional compensation.

   2. We may publish your name, suburb, and photo for promotional purposes.

8. Privacy

   1. We will collect, store, and use your personal information for the purposes of running this competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

   2. You may access or request correction of your personal information by contacting us at promo-nz@pingbroadband.co.nz.

9. Governing Law

   1. This competition is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
