24-month term and $1,599 credit: The plan has a contract term of 24 months and provides a credit of $1,599 that can be used to purchase a new phone or device from our stores.

Change fees: If you terminate or change your Plan or Package before the Plan or Package term ends, you must pay the applicable fees (these could be early termination, re-sign or plan transfer fees). The fee you pay could be up to 75% of the full monthly fee multiplied by the number of months left in the term. Find out more about mobile plan cancellation and change fees.

Pay monthly plans: Speeds reduced to a maximum of 1.2Mbps after Max Speed data allowance is exceeded. Unlimited voice calls & TXT to standard NZ & Aus numbers (e.g. no short codes or MMS/PXT). Personal Mobile use only. 

New Phone Every Year (add-on): Must be signed up for Red+ Premium plan on a 24-month term with 12 consecutive monthly payments of $20 (incl. GST) for the New Phone Every Year add-on.
